I bought them originally for the sole reason of being really cute (who knew hangers could be), but once I transferred my clothes over from the mixed-matched plastic hangers I'd had forever, I realized that they are space-saving geniuses. My closet went from completely full to "Oh! I've got room to shop!" (dangerous, I know, but very very helpful in small spaces.) When I moved last year I bought a new batch and they are still just as good. Instead the missing items still haven't shipped.I've been using these velvet hangers in black for YEARS, like, for at least eight or nine. I already put the product together in anticipation of receiving the missing drawers in a timely fashion. Ikea doesn't seem to have any sort of urgency or desire to make this right. Well the missing items still haven't shipped. My third time contacting customer service I was told that they should have created a case number with the replacement order. I was not notified or informed about the cancellation, but happened to check the order status and see that they were canceled. Both times the replacement order was canceled. I contacted customer support on two separate occasions to get the two missing baskets that were paid for as part of the product. I immediately contacted ikea and thought to myself, they are a reputable company they will make this right. The order arrived missing two of the four wire baskets that go with the product. Purchased the Jonaxel storage combination on April 20th.
